Return & Refund Policy

At QYSEA Technology, we want you to be completely confident in your underwater exploration gear. We understand that sometimes plans change or a product might not be exactly what you needed. To keep things transparent and straightforward, we have outlined our cancellation and refund processes below.

1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

If you change your mind shortly after placing an order, we are happy to help.

100% Full Refund

We offer a complete, no-questions-asked full refund for ALL products and packages, provided the cancellation request is received before your order has been processed and shipped from our facility.

2. Returns & Refunds (After Delivery)

If you receive your product and decide it isn't the right fit, you can still return it for a refund, subject to the following guidelines:

14 DAYS
14-Day Return Window: You have up to 14 days from the date your product is delivered to request a return and refund.
PRE-APPROVAL (RMA)
Pre-Approval Required: Please note all returns must be pre-approved. Please contact our support team to receive a Return Material Approval (RMA) number before shipping your item.
UNUSED
Condition of the Item: To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in unused condition, in its original packaging, and include all original manuals and accessories.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item and shipping it back to our designated QYSEA return address. Please note that all return shipping costs, as well as any associated customs duties or clearance fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7–10 BUSINESS DAYS
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and formally inspect your item at our facility, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be approved and processed back to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, certain items cannot be returned for a refund once they have been delivered. These include:

  • Consumables: [TBD - Insert specific items here, e.g., Specific Add-ons, opened consumables like tethers or propellers, for safety and quality control reasons.]

4. 7 Day DOA (Dead On Arrival)

Product Issues Upon Arrival: If your product arrives defective or experiences a critical failure out of the box within the first 7 days, please document the issue and contact us immediately. We will prioritize your case for a swift resolution or replacement to ensure your exploration isn't delayed.
