4. Important Reminders (USA, EU, etc.)
Customs & Duties
We aim to make the international delivery of our underwater technology as seamless as possible.
- For ROVs & Product Packages (Free Shipping Orders): QYSEA covers all import taxes, duties, and customs fees.
- For Individual Add-ons & Accessories (Paid Shipping Orders): Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
Signature Required
Due to the high value of QYSEA equipment, all ROV shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package.
Battery Compliance
All FIFISH V Series & E Series ROVs use high-capacity lithium batteries. We comply with all IATA "Dangerous Goods" regulations to ensure your shipment is legal and safe for air transport.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take full responsibility for your order until it is safely in your hands. Every QYSEA shipment is handled with the highest priority to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
In the Rare Event of Damage: If your package arrives with visible damage to the exterior or interior, please document the condition with photos and contact our support team at shop@qysea.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Our Commitment: Our team will provide immediate support to resolve the issue, whether through a priority replacement or technical assistance, to ensure your exploration isn't delayed.
