Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about our underwater ROVs or your order? We’re here to help!

Are all the fingers on the gloves touchscreen compatible?
No, the gloves feature Three-Finger Touch Control. To balance precision and functionality, only the fingertips of the thumb, index, and middle fingers are integrated with specialized conductive material. This allows you to perform multi-touch gestures and navigate interfaces while keeping your hands protected.
Which types of electronic screens are compatible with these gloves?
These gloves are designed to work with all capacitive touchscreens. This includes mainstream mobile devices like iPhones, iPads, and Android smartphones, as well as specialized professional hardware like the Q-iRC (Industrial Remote Controller).
Are the gloves waterproof?
No, these gloves are not waterproof. They are constructed from a breathable, high-elasticity composite fabric designed primarily for slip resistance, abrasion protection, and hand safety during technical operations.
Can I still operate a screen if the gloves get wet?
Because the conductive material retains its properties when damp, you can still operate your screens even if the gloves get wet.
Note: If the gloves become completely saturated, a continuous film of water may form on the screen, which can lead to reduced sensitivity or "ghost touches" (unintended inputs). For the best experience, we recommend lightly squeezing excess water from the fingertips or increasing the surface area of your press to ensure accurate recognition.
