What is the waterproof rating of the Q-Energy Station, and can it be used in the rain?
The Q-Energy Station features an IP54 rating, which provides protection against dust ingress and splashes of water from any direction. However, the unit is not designed for immersion or heavy downpours. We recommend using it in a dry, ventilated area and avoiding direct contact with water to ensure the safety of its internal electronic components.
Does the Q-Energy Station only display the battery level when connected to an AC power source?
No. You can view the battery's remaining capacity simply by inserting the E-GO battery into the Q-Energy Station. The station will automatically read and display the power level on the LCD screen, even without being plugged into an external AC power supply.
What specific information does the LCD screen display of the Q-Energy Station?
The intelligent display provides comprehensive monitoring, including:
Charging Status: Indicates whether the battery is currently charging or idle.
Progress Tracking: Displays the real-time battery percentage.
Can I charge only one E-GO battery at a time, or must I charge two?
You can charge just one. The station supports independent single-channel or dual-channel operation. Whether you insert one or two batteries, the system automatically detects their status and intelligently allocates the optimal current.
Can I use it to charge external devices like phones or tablets?
Yes. The Q-Energy Station is equipped with a standard output interface (Output: 5V-12V, Max 3A). To ensure safety and avoid compatibility issues, we recommend consulting your device manufacturer before charging mobile electronics.
